At Humble Helpers, we offer a variety of property maintenance services to help keep your home, yard, and surrounding property in good shape. From repairing woodpecker damage and cleaning out crawlspaces to hauling away unwanted junk, we're happy to take on the projects that often get overlooked.

Our property maintenance services include:

• Exterior Repairs: Woodpecker hole repairs, minor wood repairs, paint touch-ups and general exterior upkeep. 

• Crawlspace Cleanup: Removal of debris, general cleanup, pest mitigation and helping restore order to neglected spaces. We have access to all the proper personal protection equipment and the knowledge to navigate your workspace. We can fill in gaps which might be allowing access to various pests, as well as place traps to remove them. Ask about our pest control services.

• Junk Removal & Hauling: Removal and disposal of unwanted furniture, household clutter, yard debris, and other items. We can haul things away for a dumping and travel fee. Hazardous materials including paint, petroleum based products, and appliances will require additional fees.

• Yard Cleanup: Seasonal leaf and pine needle removal, general yard cleanup, and weed whacking.

• General Odd Jobs: Small repairs, miscellaneous cleanup projects, and those hard-to-categorize tasks around your property.

• Hazardous Material Testing: Have you surveyed your home for mold, carbon dioxide, or radon pollutants? We provide the testing and results, as well as options to mitigate your home and keep you and your family healthy.
